How we decide what to build
A few positions we do not trade away, even when it costs us a project.
- Say what is true. Scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing, and we would rather lose a sale than sell the wrong thing.
- The smallest thing that solves the problem comes first. Features are added when evidence asks for them, not because a proposal needed padding.
- The person you brief is the person accountable. No hand-off to a chain after the contract is signed.
- Measurement over vanity. If a number cannot be tied to a decision, we do not report it as progress.
- Build for the next team. Documentation, handover and code another developer can pick up are part of the job, not extras.
- Honest about fit. If we are not the right studio for the work, we say so early.
