What we collect, and what we do not.
This policy covers codyflect.in only. It explains what happens to the information you enter on this website and how to ask about it.
What the enquiry form collects
Only what you type into the form — nothing is gathered in the background.
- Your name (required).
- Business or brand name (optional).
- Email address and phone/WhatsApp number (at least one is required so we can reply).
- What you need — the service you are asking about (required).
- A short description of your requirement (optional).
- Approximate budget band (optional).
- Your preferred contact method — WhatsApp, email or phone (required).
To answer your enquiry, nothing else
Your details are used to respond to you and to prepare the reply.
When you submit the form, your details are held in your own browser so the reply can be prepared for you. The form then opens your own email or WhatsApp app with your brief already written — you press send, and the message leaves from your device to us. If you close the page without sending, nothing has been transmitted.
If a server endpoint has been configured for this form, your enquiry is also sent to CodyFlect so we can reply. In that case your details are used only to read your request, respond to it, and prepare a quote if you asked for one.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
What this site stores on your device
This website keeps a small amount of data in your browser, not on a tracking profile.
This site stores two items in your browser local storage: a record of the enquiry you submitted, and a list of the actions you took on the site (such as opening a service page or clicking a contact link). These are kept on your device only and are used to understand which parts of the site people find useful.
You can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect anything we already received by email or WhatsApp.
This site does not set advertising cookies. Usage statistics are measured with Google Analytics in aggregate form — which pages are viewed and which buttons are pressed, with advertising personalization disabled. No name, email address, phone number or message text is ever sent with these measurements.
What loads when you visit
A few public resources are loaded to render the site.
- Web fonts from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs (Font Awesome) and Tailwind — these providers receive your IP address and browser details as part of delivering the file.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed and interaction events). Google Signals and ad personalization are switched off, and no personal details are attached to these events. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics browser add-on or your browser’s tracking protections.
- WhatsApp (wa.me) and your own email app — only when you choose to contact us through them.
- We do not control how those services handle data; their own policies apply.
How long we keep it, and what you can ask
Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful.
Enquiries we receive are kept for as long as they are relevant to an active conversation or project, and deleted when they are no longer needed. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to codyflect@gmail.com.
If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights, you are free to exercise them through the same address — we answer every request.
If this policy changes
We will update the date below when it does.
This policy was last updated on 28 September 2026. Any change will be published on this page with a new date. Questions about it can be sent to codyflect@gmail.com or +91 8169469154.
